Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:

• All payments for classes, including term-based, casual, and unlimited options, are non-refundable and non-transferable between students.

Missed Classes:

• Missed classes can be made up within 7 days of the missed session. Students have the option to attend a make-up class with any other class on our timetable within their age group. Make-up classes are subject to availability, and scheduling should be coordinated with the studio in advance. There are no credits or refunds for missed sessions under any of the pricing options.

Term Payment:

• Term-based class payments are due in full before the start of the term. Late enrollment may be accepted subject to class availability.

Unlimited Classes Subscription:

• The unlimited classes option is subject to a weekly direct debit and requires a commitment for the duration of the term.

Cash Payment Discount:

• A 5% discount is offered for full-term payments made upfront in cash. This discount does not apply to casual class fees or the unlimited classes subscription.

Membership Discounts:

• Membership loyalty discounts for 5-year and 10-year members apply as specified. These discounts can be combined with the cash payment discount for term-based payments.

Pricing Changes:

• Street Dance Studios reserves the right to change pricing at any time. However, any changes will be communicated in advance.

Family Plans:

• The family plan rates apply only to immediate family members. Proof of relationship may be required.

Half-Term Enrollment:

• The half-term enrollment option is available only from the midpoint of the term and is intended for new students who join mid-term.

Trial Class Policy:

• Trial classes for new students are available as a first class for $10 or a two-class pass for $15, not to be combined.

Class Schedules and Availability:

• Class schedules are subject to change. Street Dance Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed.

Conduct and Safety:

• Students are expected to adhere to the studio's conduct and safety guidelines. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

Photography and Videography:

• Street Dance Studios may post snippets or content from classes on social media for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer not to be featured are encouraged to communicate their preferences to the studio staff. All attendees are expected to respect the privacy and consent of others. Street Dance Studios reserves the right to restrict or prohibit photography and videography if it interferes with the learning environment, the safety of participants, or at the instructor's discretion. If there are concerns or specific requests regarding the use of class content on social media, please communicate with the studio staff.

Parental Supervision:

• For the safety and focus of the participants, parents or guardians are required to wait outside the studio premises while classes for children aged 6 years and older are in session. This policy aims to create a conducive learning environment and minimize distractions during class time. Street Dance Studios appreciates your cooperation in adhering to this guideline. If there are specific circumstances or concerns, please communicate with the studio staff for assistance.

Health, Medical Conditions, and Injuries:

• Participants recognize the inherent risks of dance, including the potential for injury. Street Dance Studios is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes. Participants should disclose pre-existing health conditions or injuries before classes and ensure their physical capability. It is advised that individuals with medical concerns seek professional advice before participating. Street Dance Studios, its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries. Parental/guardian acknowledgment is required for minors.

Personal Belongings:

• Street Dance Studios is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Participants are advised to keep valuables secure and under their supervision. Designated storage areas may be provided; however, it is the responsibility of individuals to take necessary precautions. Any items left unattended are at the owner's risk. Street Dance Studios recommends labeling personal items for easy identification. In the event of a lost item, participants should contact the studio promptly for assistance.

Acceptance of Terms:

• Enrolment and participation in classes indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions.
